The engagement started with project-based delivery to establish and integrate the platform, then evolved into a hybrid build and BAU model. As the platform matures, the engagement transitions to a structured BAU support model—ongoing support, maintenance and advisory, while supporting the upskilling of internal resources so they can sustain operational capability and reduce reliance on project-based effort.
